Terms of Service

1. What SolRecover Does

SolRecover is a tool that scans your Solana wallet for empty token accounts and helps you close them to recover the SOL rent deposit locked inside. We build the transaction; you sign it yourself using your own wallet.

2. You Are in Control

We never have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. Every transaction requires your explicit approval through your wallet extension. Nothing moves without your signature.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving each transaction before signing.

3. Fees

4. What We Close

We only close token accounts with a zero token balance. Your holdings, NFTs, and non-empty accounts are never touched. If an account's state changes between scan and claim, the on-chain transaction will fail safely rather than close an account with funds.

5. No Guarantees

SolRecover is provided "as is." We do our best to scan accurately and build correct transactions, but we cannot guarantee:

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you sign and a transaction confirms, it cannot be undone.

6. Eligibility

By using SolRecover, you confirm that you are the rightful owner (or authorized user) of the wallet you connect, and that using this service does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Referral Program

You may share your referral link to earn a portion of fees from users you refer. Self-referrals are detected and rejected. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolRecover and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed recoveries arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: failed transactions, network issues, wallet extension bugs, or incorrect scan results.

Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid to SolRecover in the transaction in question.

9. Privacy

We do not collect personal information. We process your wallet's public address to perform scans. We do not store wallet addresses, transaction history, or any identifying data beyond what is necessary to complete a scan request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SolRecover after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
